Dustin is set to Star in Kanowna Written and Directed by Chris Richards-Scully, and he will star alongside Clarke Richards who also starred in Dustin’s short film Cane Cutter

Kanowna is Set in the gold fields of Western Australia in 1902. Kanowna is a story of forbidden love and the barriers that faced ordinary people in this extraordinary place.

The directorial short film debut from writer/director/actor Dustin Clare, Cane Cutter, will have its world premiere at the prestigious Palm Springs International ShortFest in August. Dustin travelled previously to Palm Springs as the star of a Perth-shot short film Iron Bird, directed by Chris Richards-Scully.

Dustin will be playing Sean who is Mel’s brother who is currently played by Madeleine West
